Anime Fanfics

Before you read this, this is just my personal opinion on how I see things. So, do not bash, alright? Don't be rude.

Now that we are clear and we won't have a misunderstanding, feel free to read. =)

Wouldn't Anime and Manga fanfics be on AsianFanFics since it's Asian-related?

The chances of someone looking at it would just be slimmer.

Well Aff is taken over by asian music like K-pop or J-pop mostly K-pop ect. You'd have a very slim chance of an anime fic getting read there. That's why all the k-pop stories on here get erased because this is for us to get more of of a verity of fics other then k-pop and stuff.

I think it should be allowed here. Aff is for asian music artists. And if aff was for anime too, anime fics should've dominated that site along time ago. Anime fandom is WAY bigger than more known than kpop/cpop/jpop combined. Even before hallyu wave was known in the international scene, the anime fandom has already been there.

The reason we have allowed Anime fanfics on here is because they do not do so well on AFF. The readers on AFF as you can tell are strictly into the music genre of KPOP. FFO was made in mind to allow other people who have different tastes that are outside of KPOP/JPOP/CPOP/etc to be able to have also have a place where their stories can gain the right kind of audience. This site is a SISTER site to AFF that means it has the same creator, same Admin. He just wanted to open a new place for other genres but still give writers and readers the same benefits and functions as AFF.

And DragonBreath, if Kpop and Jpop shouldn't go on here, anime shouldn't either. If anime should go on here, then Kpop and Jpop should as well. . .

Anime I believe is appropriate here. It's like any TV show you've watched, i.e. Sherlock Homes. And Manga too, it's like any comic book you've read. Anime and Manga should belong here in my opinion. Just because this isn't Asian Fanfics, doesn't mean we have to discriminate against Asia in general. We post stories from books, movies, series or Original Work here :) Kpop, Jpop etc does not belong here, but Manga and Anime should
