WHY OH WHY CAN'T I ADD CHAPTERS TO MY STORY?! IT IS MAKING ME ANGRY >.

HOLY... OKAY SO, I've been trying for two days now, creating a story and then adding a new chapter. Everytime I finish writing and hit, "Add Chapter", it refreshes my page and shows me an empty thing for me to write my chapter. ALL MY WORK IS GONE. So F***ING ANNOYING. *Takes deep breath* Anyone else having this problem? OR is it just me? Oh my goodness, I am so tired of this... I'm THIS close to giving up on this loss cause. Seriously annoying and stressful.
