Winter story - strange things happens even before Christmas

She is walking through the shop streets, this cold and snowing afternoon. She finished her last studies a while ago and is on her way home passing by all the windows filled and decorated with various things. Some shows red Santa clauses, goats of straw, shining light bulbs in different colors. There are even more windows with other decorations, but she doesn't care about that.
 

She is busy enough to keep her pace, besides, the street is very icy and slippery. The slightest lose of balance could make people to fall to the ground. A thud is heard and soon followed by more.
A few persons fell on their bottoms and are now swearing at the street for their misfortune.
Lucky enough none of them got seriously injured. She doesn't stop and continue her long way home. Not even half of the distance to her house have been completed. She increase her travelling
speed. Just as it got higher she felt a sudden sensation. She hit the heel in the ground and stopped.
 

She starts looking left and right, to find where the feeling came from. The perception returns and forces her to follow its trail. It lead her to a different shopping district in this big town. The stores are well managed and hints the observer of being well cared for. The walls are painted in bright colours and the street is black. The air is getting colder and harsher. A little longer and at this rate people will have it hard being outside. Nonetheless she trails down to her target. The feeling move her to a location in the end of the shopping district. The sensation she sense dies out, like it never existed in the first place.

As it got terminated she suddenly hit something with her foot. The female find her boot beside a small box, lying on the street. It is brown and placed as to not be in the way for people passing by.  A small text seems to be written on front of the box, it is too worn down to be readable any more. When the text fails one have to use the eyes. She look into the box and see three small kittens. They are not moving. The kittens are very still, like they are sleeping or being dead. The three seems to not be older than some months and have red fur. She detest the fact that some people leave kittens on the street like this, in this day and age. How can it be so hard for some beings to stand for your own actions.
 

She erase the thoughts in her mind and check the conditions of the small ones. She touch them and watch their reactions. Nothing happens. She also notice the kittens are warm. The heat is slowly fading when the weather is freezing cold. She isn't sure how much longer they can endure this weather in that box. Therefore she doesn't have any choice. She can't let them die in a miserable way on the ground ,and no one of the people passing by did even look at the box with the kittens. It was like they didn't see it. She lifted the cardboard and dash home with it. She make it to her house in less than three minutes.

Snow is covering the kittens and her as well. She open the door to her house. The sign on the door says, Hikari Menzching. Hikari take of her shoes and jacket fast and hurry to the bathroom. She turns on the shower head and let the water warm up the kittens. After some minutes the body temperature of the three increases. A good sign of them getting more alive than before. They start to move their limbs in tiny movements. They can't stand up yet so they remain in their given positions.
 

Hikari is attending the kittens with the shower and at the same time turns on hot water in the bathtub. She make sure the water surface doesn't exceed the chest level of the kittens. When the water is warm enough Hikari lift and put in the three in the bathtub. The kittens are being gentle embraced by the water, and appear to regain more of their normal composure. It will take some more time before they have finished thawing and returned to their normal body temperatures.
 

The question is when they do so. Hikari haven't had kittens before so she is quite fresh at that area. She has only read about it, not done it practically, till now. She stay and watch the kittens for another twenty minutes. The room is blue and white on the walls. A small little window can be seen on the right upper corner of a wall to the right. The walls are made of brick which is clearly seen. The hot water have transformed to damp that covers the walls. The damp in the air is still bearable for breathing.
 

She decides to get some towels to dry off the three. She leave them for a couple of minutes. When she comes back to the bathroom the kittens are gone. Instead there are three small girls with cat ears and tails. They are soaking in the tub and wear old, dirty and threadbare clothes. Hikari is somewhat surprised. She doesn't pay much attention to the sudden change and just assume the kittens can transform from animal to human form. Now when there are three filthy girls she has to clean them and later give them some decent clothes. The three girls are red haired. They are rather short and seems to be in their earlier teens. One has short hair, another have longer and the third have long hair. Other notable differences between them are that they have their own individual eye colours. Hikari hardly caught sight of their eyes when she started to soap them. It appear like the short haired girl has red eyes, the one with longer hair has green and the one with long hair has blue.
 

Hikari wash them fast and dry them off. She then put on them some clothes to wear. She dress the short haired girl with short trousers and a t-shirt. The one with longer hair get a pair of jeans with a shirt. The last one get a middle long dress reaching her knees. The girls are still drowsy. After they got themselves some clothes Hikari had to nearly push out the girls out of the room, just to make them exit it.  The next problem is what the cat girls could eat and if they could speak. Asking them who they are and such are less important parts in this situation. Hikari begin to ask them.

The girls didn't utter a word. It looks like they don't find the proper reply. Or maybe they can't speak after all? Hikari allows them to have a short time to apprehend what she said. The girls give off a feeling of insecurity. The red eyed girl begin to shiver her mouth as in preparation to talk. She manage to finally speak up.

The girl who spoke up a minute ago is now silent. Hikari isn't sure why the girl said so little. Maybe she is anxious like her fellow sisters seem to be. Nothing weird with that, they are in a stranger's house so that is surely a reason which is causing them nervousness. Hikari have to set the atmosphere to the better.

Ok lets take it from the start. My name is Hikari. What are you three called? (H)

Not really. We have never been called with names. (G)

A difficult situation. They claim to be nameless. Hikari have to give them some names, at least for a while. Alright she will name them after their eye colours. That is the easiest solution.

Right, you with red eyes will be called Aka(red), you with green eyes will be called Midori(green) and you with blue eyes will get the name Ao(blue).
Are those given names acceptable with you?(H)
Yea. Should be okay Aka replied.

The girls test their names by pointing at each other and pronouncing them. They appear to be interested in the fact that they got names to call themselves. Well....it is hard to understand when you compare a person that has a name with someone that just got one. One problem is solved now to the next one. What can they eat......

We better eat right away. Before it gets too late. Follow me to the kitchen.(H)

Hikari leads the way. As they go she asks if they got any training on how to use a toilet, brush their teeth and so on. Aka as the more straightforward sister, simple nod as an answer.  Hikari is a little relieved to see that. That means she wont need to train them for fundamental behaviours. They walk through the big house in a long hallway. The walls are white and the floor is made of wood. The wooden floor is so refined that light is reflected on it. There is hardly any furniture in the hallways, making it look empty and endless. The three small girls rarely check their surroundings with their eyes, they just let their ears do the work. The cat ears rotate their positions for almost every 4th second.

They arrive in the kitchen and Hikari search in the refrigerator for leftovers. She find some edible stuff and give the girls enough to eat. Later Hikari take some for herself.  They eat in silence. Quiet as in a grave. When the dinner is over Hikari show them a room where the three can sleep in. It is a room with a three persons bed, with lights in the ceiling and a wardrobe. The room haven't been used in a long period of time and only been treated as a spare quarter for guests, therefore it is weakly decorated. The girls are silent and emotionless like they have been since the bath. They don't say anything now either. Midori and Ao begin controlling the bed. Aka differs from her sisters and stay put ,like she is awaiting more of Hikari's commands to follow. Hikari had been curious  how the cats would react when they saw their allotted quarters. She wasn't taken aback by how they acted. She told them goodnight and closed the door.

The days goes on and the relationship between the cats and Hikari doesn't improve. The girls continue to behave reserved and defensive. Hikari tries to get more intimate with them, without success. During the same flow of time she contacted the police and asked them for missing cat girls.
The answer she got was if she needed to visit the hospital or forgot to take her pills. Seeing how they looked down on her, she gave up the trust for the police.

Calling the chief of the organization, “cat friends” wasn't better than the police. They gave about the same reply, asking Hikari if she was sane or just tried to joke. Hikari made the conclusion that cat girls are very rare and not famous among most people. The remaining means was to let time have its effect, till the girls would tell her about their past and themselves.Hikari somewhat lost hope for that last possibility after two more weeks had phased on. When the night came and everyone in the house were sleeping, some strange noise was heard. Hikari thought it was from one of the girl's visiting the toilet or something, she returned to her slumber. More sounds could be heard but much lighter this time.

Hikari has a very advanced hearing sense and can hear almost as well as a cat. She is positive that the kittens were doing some sort of activity in the dark night. The wind forced its way through the empty and dead darkness just outside the window. As if demonstrating the real and true power of the wind element during this time of the hour. The wind made the screaming loudness of its travel to rise in tension. Hearing what was going on inside the household is not possible any more, making sneaking easier to preform without getting detected.
Hikari became unsure in these noisy circumstances, her hearing sense was almost useless and she cant see in pitch black darkness. Turning on the lights wouldn't help much, Hikari is dead tired and her eyes are hardly functional. So she put everything on her will and returned to sleep for sure. No matter what. Her senses reached oblivion soon, letting the world recognize her weakened state.
 

Six pair of eyes reflect tiny bits of light in the dark hallway. The cat girls were on the move and  eagerly awaiting for Hikari to start her heavy sleeping. They have analysed her sleeping habits for some time under the previous weeks and controlled it, almost nothing in the human known universe can make Hikari to rise up again until dawn has come. The cat girls's eyes shine in gold in the darkened place. They smirk for some reason and their small sharp fangs can be seen. They start searching for some nice spots to sleep on in Hikari's large bed. In the end the they lay down and nestle in themselves into Hikari's resting shape.

Early morning is here and the sunshine fly through the half covered window. It is quite hot for the dawn of a day in the winter season. Not like you can complain nor want to. Hikari has a nice and intense dream. It got totally wrecked by the warm intruder. The lady springs her eyes open like she just realised her bed was made of spikes. She somewhat admit her loss and go to the bathroom. Hikari feel heavier than normal and wonder if there was something weird in the dinner last night. She sweats at the idea of gaining some extra kilos throught a night.......
 

The moment have come and the mirror will judge her situation. Then she see three fellas. Aka is snoring on Hikari's head, Midori is grabbing Hikari's shoulder in her sleep and Ao have her arms crossed around the lady's throat. The host herself is not sure what is more surprising, the fact the girls rest on her in odd ways or that the cat girls have suddenly approached her after so many weeks.
It takes her seconds to select the actions to use. Hikari simple remove the three sleepyheads and put them down on the floor.

Later when it is time for breakfast she demands an answer from her small guests. Aka, Midori and Ao keep their mouth shuts. Pretending like it is raining. Hikari isn't really for using threats in order to get some sort of reason for their sudden change of minds. But she still wants to know how they will act from now on.

So are you going to continue giving me the cold shoulder, despite your sudden “attack” on me  the other night? (H)
Maybe I should just bring the media or some mad scientists to see if them coming here will force you to react more than you usually do......(H)

Silence follows. None of the cat girls say nor give off any kind of reaction. Hikari lean hear head on her left hand. This is useless. They seem to not care no matter what I say or do. Should I just throw them out or something? It is not like I will get sued for it.....Her face darkens pretty obviously at the thought. She express a threatening smile at the same time. To finish it off Hikari makes her right eye to turn deep blood red in a flash by her own will. That sensation did shaken up the small girls a bit.

They looked more intensely at their hostess for the first time in quite a while. Aka with the most guts of the three tried to fend off her own growing uneasiness and failed. Midori and Ao were worse ,close to tears and shaking lightly. Well always something, now the cat girls show some evidence of caring what she said to them. Alright, better not push the subject more than I have already done. Hikari return her eye to its normal form and kill her frightening aura. Her face regain the more gentle nature it usually has. The kittens seem to feel slightly relieved when the situation is no longer thick and intense.

The small girls turn red in an instant and begin fuming with smoke from their heads. The heat in the room sky-rockets fast. Hikari thinks stuff may ignite and start burning if they dont stop soon enough. She rush for a bucket with with water and throws its contents on the core of it all. Aka. Midori and Ao got soaking wet and water drops drips down their clothes. You can see through most parts of their drenched clothes. They don't look happy but are still pretty red coloured on their cheeks. At least they aren't giving off any smoke now.  

Go and wash yourself would ya?, said Hikari.
….............Yea yea, is the reply from the very messed up Aka, who visually is very similar to a wet sewer rat.

The three trot to bathroom as ordered. The door to that room can clearly be heard when it got closed and locked by the small girls.

Some hours passed since the heated event with all inhabitants of the house. Hikari have been occupied with various magazines presenting recent progress on the field of historical research. It was later shown there isnt much to report at all. Scientists haven't come up with something newer than realizing  it is unsure how many kind of humans there have been on earth. She throw the whole lump of read papers into the garbage can and lit a fire that consumed it all. A refreshing way to handle worthless research. The feeling of having done something good didn't last long, she got interrupted by the ringing tones from her iphone. She grabbed that little thing and checked her mail.

“Come to university and preform a lecture at Friday. You have to, or else.

/Professor Klamski. “

That as always, very rude human scum. Hikari cant understand how he could become a professor with his horrible personality trait with treating other people like his subordinate slaves. He often forget that she is a freelance lecturer and not directly tied to him or that university. She have been holding some lectures at that college for some time now though and she is currently at a long vacation period. She gets so well paid for every lecture that Hikari has become pretty wealthy.
She got a bit pissed and mail him back with her thoughts on his mail.

“I will do that lecture if you pay me 500.000 yen for it. Remember I'm on vacation and can't be forced to work if I don't want to. Sayonara. “

She grins a bit after the message have been sent. The thought of Klamski rampaging at his office right now makes her feel at ease.  His actions will surely get on the news again. He have appeared on the news quite frequently these past years. Klamski is almost like a star in a way. He should thank her sometime.......

Hikari lay down her iphone on her red coloured wooden desk.  She stretch her arms up in the air a bit. A yawn follows after the exercise. What to do now she thinks. Maybe I should check on the cat girls and see how they are doing. I'm curious how they behave since the thing in the morning.
Hikari is quite for a while, taking in every tiny kind of vibration in the house her ears can understand. The analyse is done and she know the cat girls are around the place. Ms Red is in the basement and will be first. Hikari walk slowly down the wooden stairs while hearing some heavy
continuous blows. She see that Aka is beating up the sandbag quite furiosly. The tool sways here and there from all hits it have to receive. Her attacks arent powerful enough to damage the bag but at least dangerous for a normal grown up person. Aka finish with a front kick into it, leaving off a deep mark. The catgirl is sweaty and breathing rapidly. She greedily gasps for air and have troubles to stand straight. Her knuckles are clearly worn out and her lower shins. Luckily she haven't overdone her training till those areas would have started bleeding.

Your sandbag training for example. You appear to be not so strong and aint old enough yet in order to handle it very well . So you better use gloves and lower chin protective gear once you feel you have overused your knuckles and lower legs. (H)

Aka dashed and took a spot behind Hikari in a flash and grabbed her chest. Her small hands arent big enough to reach over all of her pretty big breasts. She begin to massage them in a playful manner. Hikari decides to not get angry, Aka is just a kid. She endures it with great effort. Suddenly the cat puts more energy into her fun session and aims for the nipples. In that instant Hikari bursts out in rage. She shouts: “you brat! Mind your manners!!” She forces herself out off the grabbing attacks and preforms a fast roundhouse kick which send the cat flying through the air ending with Aka's face in a wall. The little neko lost consciousness and her eyes are spinning around. Hikari leave the basement before she think about giving some more pieces of her mind.

Next for a check up wpuld be Midori. She is doing something in the library on the highest floor. Hikari opened the door to the room and saw lots of books spread put across the place. Books are open, upside down squeezed together, it was endless.....At least there dont seem to be any books that have been destroyed, so far. Shelf after shelf with literature and many of them are empty cuzz much of their supposed content are on the floor. Hikari couldn't see Midori. Luckily there was some sort of thing that just started to move under some piles of books lying around. She dug through with here hand and caught something dressed in clothes. She took out her hand with her prey and saw it was Midori. She is wearing some mushy sportswear and with her half long her in a mess. The little neko simply laughed meekly and looked away in shame.

QUIET! Hikaru said in a strong voice that sparked with authority. There was no doubt who was the boss in this situation.
Eeek! Midori got scared by the sudden mood change.
Just clean up the room so that the books are where they should be, in the bookshelves. Do that and you wont be spanked. (H)

Sweat droops are visible over Midoris little face. She jumped up the her feet like caught by fire and vigorously went to her task at hand. The little girl would be forced to work with her mission for many hours forward. Weak sobbing could be heard when Hikari left the library. Well.....Aka and Midori seemed pretty lively. They weren't so unfriendly rather more the opposite. Although they still lacked manners...... Now there is only Ao left, the girl with long silky hair and blue eyes like the deep sea. The girl in question were in the data room at the moment. She had dislocated various electronic machines you could see in there.  Hikari have just collected such things through the years b ut never managed to repair those by herself, and so, she found it easier to simply throw them into an empty room, when here house has so much unused space.

Ao had fun with some kind of old junk Hikari didn't remember to have ever thrown away. It is some kind of ancient pc the little neko girl tried to put together from scratch. She took every type of suitable component for it she could find and inserted them into the old pc. Ao made sure that she didn't install the electricity in the wrong way and turned on the pc. Some odd sounds were heard from the box which soon turned into more violent ones. Ao got very stressed by it and tried to get reach the software the pc had installed from way back. However, despite all her brave attempts, she only got blue error reports showing up on the screen over and over. The cute girl with long blue hair lost her calmness completely and kicked the pc like a horse. Finally the old piece of junk put together did something else than giving error screens, the screen itself exploded and the processor part fell like a card house.

Ao didnt say a thing after that. She looked mentally devastated, her face had a big frown and her eyes were dark without any signs of happiness.

Hikari felt pity for the little girl and her attempts to build something herself, but with lacking knowledge about pc and components. It is obvious you cant simple make a computer with stuff that arent meant for combining with each other. Bad comp-ability can lead to much things, even fire in worst cases.....
Hikari searched for something and found one big black sturdy cabinet. She deactivated the lock by pressing in a certain code and opened the locket. In there a little laptop is placed. It is pretty slim and have a screen that is 14,5 inch large. Hikari taped the girl on her little shoulder to get her attention.

Ao who was very reluctant to even care, somehow sensed the short feeling on her shoulder and look up at Hikari. There the neko girl see Hikari smiling tenderly and pointing at the laptop. The girl understands and take the notebook with a girlish smile on her lips. Her life energy is on the rise  when you can see her playing around with the new present. It seems Ao can handle the rest on her own, seeing that she could turn on the laptop by herself and was now trying to understand how its software works.

Also, Ao wouldn't be able to go on the web and search for porn, hack other peoples computers, buy and sell things thanks to the child protective system that is in function on that very notebook. Hikari is very glad at the fact she wont have to face any sorts of laptop and internet related issues in the future. Well....if the laptop broke down because of malfunction it couldn't be helped. With a relaxed mind Hikari decided to leave the room. The following days pass by more enjoyable than expected. The cat girls becomes a little more intimidate with Hikari for each passing day. 

Then one day it is finally Christmas eve. Hikari hadn't noticed when she have been so busy with keeping the newborn relationship with the little ones growing and alive. They took every tiny bit of free time she had, demanding attention and care. Hikari allowed it for the previous days, and was planning to tell them straight to behave more reasonable after some more days. To make it easy for herself she thought to use her pc to have some fun time together with the neko girls. She invited her guests into her room, and dragged Aka who wasn't interested in some technological crap as she called it.

When all 4 of them are in Hikari's room, she lent them one virtual helmet each, that looked like taken from some kind of science fiction movie from the 90s. She told Aka, Midori and Ao to put them on. They were unsure at first, but followed suit after Hikari put on her helmet. Hikari initiated the program and everything turned into complete darkness. The neko girls opened their eyes and saw that they were in a shady place and rapidly going downwards in something like a bottomless pit. You cant see much when it is so dark and everything goes by so fast. Some seconds later they can see each other and one figure who look like a spirit in its abstract form. The spirit told them to relax and let it handle the the details needed to be fixed for their first run in the game. Each of the girls transform into a class befitted for their personal strengths and interests. Aka became a fighter equipped with swords, fighting gear and light steel armour covering her vital body parts.

Midori developed to a summoner, the class which can talk and command spirits to help her out in different situations. She received a feather light coat  made of hard leather that protects her from physical and magical attacks. Likewise more clothing like shoes and pants made in the same material and with a clear green colour. She also got a big backpack hanging on her left side and with gloves on her hands that had some strange emeralds on their palms. Ao, the third of the neko girls were given the engineer class. The clothes she got are less impressive than the other two. Long wide jeans with suspenders in blue, brown boots, a blue jacket and a cap in blue as well. For some reason she became dirty when her clothes were placed on her. Furthermore she got a big backpack with a lot of tools like hammers, screwdrivers and other materials fitting for her class.  In the next eyelash the dark area around them vanished revealing they are high up in the air and Midori and Ao suddenly teleported to the solid ground kilometres below. Aka have to continue falling till she reach solid ground.

The impact were hard on her, but her strong leg muscles took the the fall well. She herself had a hard time believing it, in truth it was thanks to her focus on body strength in the game, letting her do things not possible for a normal human, as throwing heavy boulders and taking massive hits from an elephant.  The girls notice the visual appearance of their surroundings and just stare in amazement. They see that they are on top of a extremely huge mountain with snow on its surface. Everything nearby are made of ice and sparkles from the rays of the strong sun. Trees, birds, clouds, simply all in view looks like crystals consisting of water. The temperature is low and the wind blows by. Only Ao get bugged by it and build herself a bracelet with the ability to warm her up. It runs on coal and converts the fuel to hot energy and power up the wearer's body heat. Nearby mountain foundations are clearly seen around in the background.

The spirit from before arrives and transform itself to Hikari. The neko girls now realise the spirit and Hikari are the one and the same. Although in the game Hikari is wearing a full ninja set of clothing; a full body suit in lila, some ninja shoes for soundless travelling, some weapons for assassins and lastly, arm and leg guards of black steel.  The small ones aren't really surprised because they are in a game. Hikari great them with a smile and a waving hand combo. She smoothly gaze over her shoulder at something far into the distance. A rumbling sound emerge from the sky and with that comes a grand shadow.

The shadow cant be fully seen because it is too enormous to grasp for the naked eye. It roars and throw away a whip sound at a neighbour mountain. That sound cut of that mountain in two parts with the bigger one landing into the other mountain the four player occupy. The hit created vibrations for a while and smaller fragile stones rips off from the main body still standing straight. The shadow still flying around above now screams like in agony and burst out a load of flame on the larger sliced mountain part. The burning shot twists, warps and recreates it. When the fire dies off, a cave going sharply down the steady mountain can be seen. It is a bridge or way to reach the ground. Hikari rips of some bits of ice from the newly made cave and motion the others to do the same.

She checks that everyone have big enough ice bits and is glad to see they are alright. Aka is restless and eagerly shaking her body for some reason. Hikari notice and grins at her. She kick Aka in the rear and there she goes, gliding down the steep cave on her board of ice. She ski down quite fast. Hikari orders Midori and Ao to tag along the brave Aka, who daringly took the initiative to go first down unknowing of what awaits her. Everyone of the adventures feel speedy wind when going on what seem as an extremely long path to the solid ground. The cave isnt without dangers, as Hikari herself is fast to notice. There is tons of sharp bits of ice, hanging on the ceiling of the cave. The cave starts rocking and vibrating like crazy.

The disturbances are enough to make the ice on the top of the cavern to lose their grip. They rain down like arrows on everything below. Hikari calculate the speed of the ice and size and evade them with ease. She let the other girls to handle it on their own, and observe them a bit. Aka use a rough approach slashing, cutting and beating everything in her way, The ice nearing her feel pain like there is no tomorrow. Midori used her head and called forth the spirits of ice to form a protective shield strong enough to repel the arrows of ice. Ao pick her own way of clearing the risky ride.She make use of her portable heater bracelet, quickly modify it, and attacks the danger with burst of fire. The flying ice is engulfed by the fire and returns to water drops. The party carry on till they reach the end. The small girls are now drained from the longer period of snowboard riding and fighting off ice.
 

They just want to get the rest of the adventure over with. Hikari is fast to see what they think and sighed. She moved her winger swiftly to the west and in the next instant the 4 were in another place. This place they moved to is a village. It is pretty big but isn't longer than the eye can perceive. You can see a pretty excellent number of houses lined up in two straight rows and in the middle of those formations there is a circle with stores and other kinds of merchant type activities. All the buildings the ones who live here are inhabitants of, have clean and efficient constructions, enough for living beings to survive the cold and counter illnesses.

The facilities in the centre are mostly made of wood and stone as if they have been made hastily and at the same time be enough to take care of business of  miscellaneous sorts. Ranging from butchers to drug stores. Because of the season everything in the village have been painted with red to visualise the colour for love, friendship and happiness. Christmas decorations can be seen in windows, at doors, around houses and at roofs.
 

The villagers themselves are dressed like fat santas with white beards, little elves with green clothes and pointy ears. The people of the area are walking around, chatting, buying and doing other common days things. Aka, Midori and Ao stare at stuff that that caught their individual interests. Aka who is quite starved run to a restaurant and pay up for an all you can eat buffet with ham, pork, turkey and much more. She gulps down the food with a disgusting speed,,,,
 

Midori have found a book store and is busy with reading some legends within the game. She is utilising on of her abilities which lets her to suck in and comprehend the content from a book in a second. She have already cleared half of the products in the shelves. Ao the third one of the sisters,  is at the blacksmith and is in the process of creating some sort of blue laser-shield. The workers in that blacksmith are dumbfounded when they see her working with something that high tech when they usually forges metal swords and shields. Meanwhile Hikari stroll around the village in a slow pace. She entertain herself with this for some time until her fellow mates have finished their businesses. Aka ate too much and is round as a ball, touching her stomach in pain. Her face is bluish as well. Ao and Midori are better but tired from reading and working in the workshop.

It seems they want to return home and rest up. Hikari call forth a servant.  It is a little girl with pointy ears, a wizard hat and a long springy coat hiding most of her body. She is floating on a broom a bit over the ground.  Hikari tell the witch to lead the cat girls to the normal world. She obeys and guides the small ones to a door around the corner. She open it and make sure the nekos go through it. The door closed itself and the witch evaporated into mist. A second later the screaming dragon from the mountain approaches, high up in the air. It found its way to village by some means. Maybe by smell. However, the nps in the village dont care and just carry on with what they were doing. Nothing weird when they cant die and are easy to repair if they get destroyed here and now.
A bit later and the others would have seen this annoying thing again. They wouldn't have liked it, in the shapes they were.

Hikari use a lute and shortly a swarm of stone dragons are on their way. They are easily heard by their rocking sounds when they flap their wings. When the stone dragons see the dragon they attack it and try to eat it up. The normal dragon try to fight back but fire is ineffective on stone dragons. And other means of close combat attacks are futile. It decides to flee with the swarm following its tale. Hikari clapped her hands and her character logged out. Back in the house the neko girls had taken off their headgear and are sleeping on the bed. Not a bad way to celebrate “Christmas” I guess, Hikari thought in her mind. She patted the girls on their heads and left the room in order to allow them to continue their well needed rest. She closed the door and went to second floor for the library.
