Description

They say, "be proud of who you are," but how can you be proud of something that causes others to look at you in disgust? How can you be proud of something, when all you want to do is be the same? 

Travon is you're average kid - however, in his current situation, he's not so average. He sticks out among the crowd, he's laughed at, picked on, bullied. All because he's different. The only black kid in his school, even the teachers look down on him. They judge him, they put him down, treat him like an alien, when all he wants is acceptance. 

He has secrets, lots of them. If anyone knew what he's been through, would they feel sympathetic? Or would they still not care, all because he's black? He holds fear in his heart, he's afraid to be touched, afraid to let go, and afraid to be loved.

I suck at descriptions, sorry. I know it doesn't seem too interesting, but I'll try to edit or add-on to the description later, once the story actually gets going^^
