“Sally? Sally? Are you going back by bus later?”

“Maybe not. Why?”

“My brother’s going back at four and a half. So I’ll be going back by bus. Do you have class with any of our bus mates later?”

“Well, there’s Heather. I could-”

“But she’s not going back by the bus… is she?”

“Oh. Well, yeah, I think so.”

“So I was wondering if you could… you know, leave a message in our bus mates group chat? I didn’t bring my phone.”

“Sure, why not?”

“Thank you so much. Need to go now, see you around, Sal.”

“OK, sure. See you, Zel.”

And so, I went off to class. It went by fast, really, really fast. Nothing my tutor said enters my mind, to be honest. I just can’t wait to go back home and do nothing. Or maybe, just sleep.

I head over to the cafeteria with one of my bus mate and as usual, our bus isn’t here yet. We decided to head to one of the tables where Zeon is. Since I don’t really associate a lot with our classmates, I’ll just be on my iPad.

Soon, our bus arrived and we all squeezed into it. Ugh, it’s so cramped here. I hate going back by bus.

Oh, I’m home. OK, I wonder if he’ll… again today… nah, he won’t. Whatever. Goodbye, bus.

I hastily got off the bus and as I walk away, I looked back and noticed Zeon looking back. We then waved at each other. Instantly, my mood became better. So maybe, going back by the bus isn’t that bad sometimes.

I wish we’ll talk more at school though. Sigh.
