Chapter 2: Getting Ready

Raven's POV

       I woke up to the sunlight shining through my dark grey curtains,making my room coat in a lighter grey. Rising from my bed I stretched and turned my fairy lights off. I rolled of my bed and stood up,walking over to my dresser.  

     "Hm...My sugar skull sweater will work with my black skinny jeans i suppose..."I puffed and pulled them out swiftly,grabbing my galaxy converse off the ground. I got dressed and laced up my sneakers paired with my panda socks. Then got my vintage pocket watch,bag,skull necklace,bracelet and little stuffed animal to stuff in my bag. 

     "Ok so makeup,packing,planning flight and making sure my mom doesnt know..." I nodded to myself and made a small list in my head. Then my phone went off,of course it was Noemi. I blinked a few times then picked it up.

    "Hello?" I asked. 

     "Oh Raven! Hi~ Ok so my parents are fine with you staying with us and I wanted to ask you a question..." Noemi said then starting to sound more serious at the end of her sentence.

 "Oh ok that sounds good~ And uh what is it...?" I asked sounding a bit nervous which seemed dumb to me. 

   "My parents know that you get abused so...we wanted to know if you would live with us~" She said calmly and seemed pretty excited. 

   "Really? Wow thank you! I would love that! Ill think of a plan and Ill get all of my things packed." I said sounding very happing now adding "pack everything up" to my mental list. 

    "Great! Ill tell my parents and you go back! Ill pick you up from the airport on Wednesday! Later~" She exclaimed and hung up. I laughed a bit and tossed my phone onto the bed. Then I got onto the ground and pulled three suitcases from under my bed. 

   "Ok so clothing in this one, stuffed animals in this one and other things as well as bigger things...Sounds good" I nodded and got all of my things out of my closet and dresser, stuffing it into the smallest one. Next I got all of my stuffed animals then stuffed it into the medium suitcase. Lastly, I got the rest of my stuff like my fairy lights,hamster food for my Hamster Alphonse and other things. 

    "I think that's everything..." I nodded

Noemi's pov

After I had hung up I ran out and told my parents the good news. They were pretty happy and pointed at the extra bedroom. 

  "Ok go get it ready for when she flies in tommorrow~" My mom said and left to go make breakfast. I nodded and walked into the room,scanning it carefully. It had a black bedframe and the headboard was plush pillow like. Next to it was a cute lamp,with a nightstand as well as a closet, Mirrors covered the closet doors. 

   "I think Raven will like this room..." I smiled and looked at thea mahogany desk in the corner. Lightly running my hand over the wall and jumping onto the bed. "Ahhh~"
