Wicked Birthday Bash

After Ben and Mal finally squeezed their way through the crowd of maids and butler's. Ben took Mal to the library. Mal looks around in awe at the beautiful sight. Ok sure....its just a bunch of shelves of books that Mal could care less about. But she didn't want to hurt Ben's feelings. She loves him and all but a library is not what she had in mind. Actually Mal doesn't know what she had in mind. "Wooow it's so......" Mal pauses trying to find the right word. "Beautiful...." Mal says finally after what seemed like forever to her. Ben looks over at Mal and chuckles. Mal looked taken aback hearing the sound of his laughter. "What's so funny?" Mal asks. Ben chuckles again. Mal crosses her arms. She doesn't like being laughed at. Ben finally stops chuckling and tells her. "Mal I know you don't exactly like it in here yet you tried acting like you did." Ben says. Mal uncrossed her arms and blushes. "Sorry." Mal apologized. Ben nods. "Its alright. We'll get to your party later."

Evie was outside on the tourney field setting up decorations with Jay and Carlos. Wherever those two are. Evie was so happy that Mal was having her first ever real party. It was kind of sad but Evie pushed the saddness of the matter out of her thoughts. This was a special day for a special girl. Her best friend. Her sister. Mal. Oh was she going to be thrilled for this. Evie looks around for Jay and Carlos. Evie was on a ladder putting up streamers. Evie fell backwards and landed in Jays arms. Jay smiles. "Nice of you to drop in." Jay says setting Evie on the ground. Evie let's out a collective breath. "Thanks Jay." Evie says. Jay nods climbing the ladder. "No problem." Jay finishes setting up the streamers. Carlos comes up behind with more food. Carlos looked really tired. "What are we doing, feeding all of Auradon?" Carlos asks. Jay laughs. "Awww is someone cranky?" Jay asks. Evie couldn't help but laugh. Carlos rolls his eyes. "Haha Jay." 

A few hours later Mals party started. Everyone seemed to have a good time. It was a nice get together. Well get together was putting it lightly since everyone in the kingdom showed up. Evie eyes widen as the food starts to run out. "Carlos go get more food." Evie says. Carlos frowns. "Why?" Evie sighs exasperated. "We are running low! Go!" Evie says. Carlos goes off to get more food while muttering under his breath. Mal came up behind Evie giving her a hug. "Hey!" Evie says turning around to hug Mal. "Hey thanks for doing all this." Mal says. "I helped to." Jay says from behind Evie. Mal raises an eyebrow not truly believing him. Jay nods "I did." Jay says. Evie nods "Yea he did." Evie says. Mal nods impressed. "Nice Jay." Mal says. Jay gives her a smile before eating again. Mal was about to ask about Carlos but got her answer when she saw him with the food. Carlos sighs. "Next time Jays going." Mal laughs at how tired he looks. Carlos blushes. "Happy birthday Mal." Carlos says. Mal only nods her thanks. The party goes off without a hitch. Mal even danced with Chad Charming. Weird he asked and weird she said yes but it was all in good fun.
