Description

Do you want to hear a story? No? Well, I would like you to listen to it anyway. It's very short, really. Quite cliche as well, if you ask me. Why? You might wonder. Well, it's simply the life of a teenage girl, a normal one. Not one of the leaders, the popular ones, yet not one of those nerds or outcasts. Or maybe... Well, we could say that she is part of the latter, though she isn't too fond of studying and she doesn't really belong to any of the outcast groups either. She is just like many other, a normal girl with a normal life, tears, laughter and of course, dreams...

This is the part where you probably think that random vampires or werewolves are going to appear soon, attacking our heroine.  Her prince in shining armor will save her right, don't you thin?

Well, if you do think those,  you are very wrong. Because this is truly nothing more than a simply story.

Foreword

Being ordinary can be viewed as a sin by some. Or maybe not a sin, because that's a tiny bit harsh, but most honestly don't like it. Why? "Because it's boring!" They might say, their tone quite rude and a bit too confident, as if their view on normal or regular people was oh-so-obvious.

Then again, what is exactly normal? Can you even describe it? Expect for twins, every single person is said to be unique, to be original. Then how can they be ordinary?

This simple story though, is about a girl, who is believed to be one of those ordinary ones. Is she really one of them though? It will depend on you, you know. But please, let me introduce you Amy.

A short brown-haired girl got off the bus, rolling her eyes a bit as she had almost been shoved off by some old lady, She didn't care though, all she wanted was to go home after a long day at school. It hadn't been too hard, to be honest, but History had always been such a pain, and this day's lesson was no exception. Still, as she pushed the 'play' button on her phone and started to listen to some music, her expressions had softened slowly.

She would have even hummed along the song if she hadn't been afraid of some random neighbor of hers seeing her like that, humming a tune only she could understand. She would have seemed crazy - and even if some of her friends tended to say that she was, she didn't want others think so too.

So she just smiled softly as she crossed the road, wincing as she stepped on some rocks. The narrow road that led to her house had always been filled with rocks, the asphalt of it long gone, though no one really knew if it had even existed before. Over the music, she couldn't really hear the gentle whistle of the calm spring breeze, not could she hear the small birds sing happily, thanking the sun for finally appearing after such a long, cold winter.

AN: Umm... hi guys, so.. This is my first story here, and I honestly don't know how this will go. Some events though, will be picked out from my own life. Of course, this doesn't mean that I'm Amy or anything xD The characters and stuff will be introduced as the story continues, I just wanted to give you a little sneak-peak of the first chapter. Um.. that's it I guess ^^
