Description

The Hyōdō Dance Studio’s status quo is tipped, spinned, dipped, and pranced through when Marisa’s first charity case returns to help out as an instructor in payment for her refuge. Stubborn beyond comprehension, the young woman on the run from her situation finds herself entangled in dance, chance, and the inevitable shenanigans as she tries to settle back into the high-octane environment when one of its prize performers are currently indisposed by their own family issues.

Author's Note:

I until recently put off watching Ballroom E Youkoso because of one PV which was in a totally different animation style; it was 3D-ish, and very ‘new Berserk’ and I couldn’t see myself sitting through 24 episodes of something which didn’t have the same high standard of plotline. However, I was hooked after the first episode. It’s one of the first shows in a long time where I haven’t hated a single character. On the subject of characters, I couldn’t believe there is not one single story about Kugimiya on the entire internet. I thought Kiyo was going to be bae but hot damn, I was shot by Kugimiya.
