[Two- A Walk in The City]

Kent watched as Minako drove her spoon into the parfait. They were currently walking around the city when Kent told her he was going to drop off a sodoku puzzle at Ikki's work place. Ikki was Kent's best friend and they were much alike in intelligence.

"Alright," Ikki said coming to their table, "I'm on break."

"Oh Ikki-san!" Minako greeted, then took another bite of her parfait.

Kent pushed up his glasses and handed the puzzle to his friend, "I wasn't planning to stay long, but I guess I'll be here until Mina finishes her dessert."

"Hmm," Ikki said,studying the puzzle, "You never let me have it easy do you Kent-san?"

"What's the fun if it is?" he asked.

"How are you enjoying that parfait Minako-chan?" Ikki asked turning his attention to the brown haired girl.

"Delicious." Minako said, wiping her lip with a napkin, "I should come by here more often for it."

"Don't hesitate to come and see me." Ikki said with a wink.

"Your fan club will get jealous." Minako teased, "I'll try, I devote most of time to my boyfriend."

"Of course you do," Ikki said with laugh, "My breaks over, see you guys later."

"Shall we leave too...?" Minako asked, "I'm finished."

Kent nodded and stood, leading the way out with Minako following close behind. But when he took a few more steps he realized Minako wasn't by his side anymore. He looked back, seeing her hasten her pace.

"I'm sorry," she said finally catching up, "But can you please walk a bit slower? My legs aren't as long as yours."

Kent nodded, he was glad she always said what she wanted. In the beginning of their relationship she was bit shy at voicing her thoughts, but when he had bluntly told her he wasn't a mind reader and that she should tell him what she wanted, so he could better adjust to her needs. They had a distinct difference in height, while Kent stood tall at 6'3", Minako only stood at 5'5", and without heels she was short against him.

"If you would like," Kent said, "You may hold onto my arm, so won't get lost in the incoming crowd. If you're not up to it, I can think of another solution."

She nodded and latched into his arm, leaning her head slightly. As the sun was setting, Minako noticed a wonderful scent wafting from Kent. He smelled of coffee and the light colonge she had gifted him a few months prior. It made her happy to know that he was wearing it. Her hand traveled down to his arm and grasped his hand. Kent looked down at her with a slightly surprised reaction on his face and Minako only smiled back,

"I think this solution is better for the both of us."
