Ocean eyes.

Autumn was a crash of cold, and the world was transformed into a mix of dying browns and rusted gold. Almost as if it’s interior had withered away, leaving the fragile brown husk as a poor imitation of the former vibrance.
Aunt Carrie was never the same after that rainy summer day. It seemed almost as if she had...crystallized. There was an iciness to her voice that wasn’t there before, and her lips were permanently twisted in a loathing frown.
There wasn’t a day that she had shouted at me, or called me a “brat”. No matter how hard I tried to make her happy, she wasn’t the same.
Dad was never home either, and I found myself missing mom more and more. I had begun to isolate myself from the world, and I no longer smiled with the same carefree spirit like I did before. Slowly, my friends drifted away and few bothered to talk to me.
Then, I met him.
He was a handsome boy with sandy blonde hair and ocean-coloured eyes, with full lips that stretched into a friendly smile.
“Hi, my name’s Cody Robbins.” he grinned, holding a hand out to me.
Hesitantly, I reached out and my hand was enveloped in his strong, warm grip.
“Anna Marie.”
“Anna? That’s a pretty name.”
“Thank you.”

hmm not bad.
i like it.
it is a nice take on Rogue.
she was one of my favorite characters in the animated series.
but didn't like her that much in the live versions though.
