Spring Poem

Springtime

The smell of barbeque is in the air

Kids are playing football, tag, and running around everywhere

Flowers are blooming in the grass and on trees

The birds return with the breeze

Bears and other animals come out from hibernation

For seniors it is a time for celebration,

A time to graduate and to go to college

For others it is an opporunity to go on a voyage

To find who they truly are

And to choose their own path to take.
