into nothingness.

and oh, you weep,
and oh, you lament
but your mind keeps telling you, 'it's no fault of yours, no, no no,'
but your heart says the opposite
'oh, but it's your fault, you cruel, cruel being,'
and you're torn
whether to believe your heart
or to believe
your own mind
and you decide to sob the night away
until you fade into dust
and tears
until you dissipate
into nothingness
