Punishment

The door opens again.

"What are you doing?" I pull back and see my dad. My eyes go wide.

"Dad? What are you doing here?" I say moving away from Ryu.

"Remember the agreement for coming here?" 

"Crap. I forgot about that."

"Watch your mouth young man. Now explain this to me. First your older brother and now your room mate. What's next he is gonna die from pneumonia also?"

"Dad stop." I hiss.

"No Tomo. Either you switch rooms and stop this relationship or you are  coming back home with me. This is for your own good."

"Dad there is nothing going on between us. I dont love him. And I will not switch rooms." My dad grabs my stuff and starts packing it all away. I get up and try to stop him.

"Dad stop. You're being stupid."

"No. You already quit music because of your brother. And I will not let you destroy yourself anymore."

"DAD!" I shout. Koji walks in.

"Dad stop!" I yell.

"NO ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!" He yells slapping me. I hit the ground and both Koji and Ryu run towards me. I hold my face where he slapped me and start crying out of anger. My dad finishes packing my stuff. 

"I'm going to withdraw you. Take the rest of your stuff to the car. It is where I dropped you off." I get up with Ryu's help. Him and Koji grab my two boxes. My dad walks out with my backpack. He heads off ti the office and I lead the others to the main entrance. They put the boxes in the trunk. I face them. I quickly drag both of them in a hug. Ryu tries to resist and pull away. I hold tighter on his side.

"Tomo." He says.

"Be quiet. I'm not scared. I wanted to say thank you to the both of you. You helped me get rid of my fear. And I will always be grateful." They wrap their arms around me. Koji pulls away. I lookbat him questioningly.

"If you want to give Ryu senpai a individual bye it is okay. I will turn away now." He says turning away from us. I smile at his cuteness and face Ryu. He clears his throat.

"So um Tomo." I cut him off by kissing him. He kisses back and wraps his arms around my waist pulling me closer. When we break away after a bit we are both panting.

"Los... Angeles..." I get between gasps.

"What?" My breathing has returned to normal now.

"I live in Los Angeles. I want you and Koji to go there too. When we have jobs and a place to go then we will all run away together."

"Tomo we cant just leave our families like that."

"You said you love me. Now prove it."

"Not until I know how you feel about me."

"I. LOVE. YOU." I say putting emphasis on all the words. He smiles. I give him and Koji my number. My dad shows up

"Time to go." I nod and give Koji one last hug. I hug Ryu.

"Dont make me wait too long." I whisper in his ear. I pull away and wave bye then get in the car. My dad gets in the driver side and takes off. I watch out the back window until I can't see them anymore. When that hapoens Ibsigh and turn around. I put my headphones on and start listening to music.
