Chapter 2: That Poor Innocent Girl

Team Rocket was getting annoyed and then they started to land. As they landed a girl was walking while her hair was flowing behind her. Team Rocket hadn’t noticed her until they heard her screams, “Ahh! Help! Stop! Don’t-” Xiaoling looked downwards and saw her. Xiaoling shouted out, “You’re gonna land on her! Move to the left.” Team Rocket looked at her blankly and started laughing. “Like we’re gonna listen to you! Liar!”

Xiaoling was furious but a scream echoed in their ears. Team Rocket looked down and shouted, “MOVE, SILLY GIRL!”

The girl tried running but she was slow so Xiaoling jumped from her chair (While flying she had decided to try and undo the knot which obviously she succeed) She quickly steered away the hot air balloon and made it land exactly on the side of the girl. Xiaoling quickly jumped out of the hot air balloon (but stumbled along the way because she never done this before) and landed on her knees and hands. “Ouch! Ow, ow, OW!” Her hands were scratched and her knees were bruised but she didn’t care because she was worried about the girl. “GAHHH! >o< Are you okay! Sorry, I mean Team ROCKET is very sorry.”

The girl was shocked but then shook her head. “No, I’m sorry. But did you say Team Rocket?” the girl said her eyes rounded and sparkling. Xiaoling nodded her head in reply. “REALLY? Oh gosh! I-I-I-I know them. They are just amazing but. Um evil.” ^/////^The girl blushed for a while and then continued, holding her hand out, “Oh. My name is Rura Iyer. ^-^” Xiaoling looked at her and smiled weakly and shook her hand. “I need to tell you something in private.” Xiaoling mumbled. Rura nodded and smiled. “Let’s do pinkie promise, Okay?” Rura said smiling. She put out her pinkie and smiled. Xiaoling smiled and also put out her pinkie and wrapped it around Rura’s. “I, Rura would keep the secret of my friend here.”

“And I *just do Meilin now and tell her later* Meilin, sorry but this is my name for now. Any way I Meilin will accept Rura’s trust and hope to tell her soon.” They finished but luckily they weren’t seen by Team Rocket.

  They quickly changed the topic and started talking about what they would be in the future. “Rura what will you be? In the future!”

“Oh, um. I would like to be a journalist or be a Pokémon trainer or a um a writer!”                                   

“OI! Uh Brats! Your both now baits! We’ve got everything planned let’s get going to Beach Rose Town.”

Xiaoling’s sweat dropped. *sigh* they never learn do they. *sigh*

Rura had question marks all over her. “Ba-Bai-BAITS!” Rura had finally had what they said sunk into her head. “Wha-? Wait what! I possibly can’t. I mean come on!” Rura had started to beg so that she doesn’t have to go. Xiaoling shook my head in disbelief. “Rura. Don’t bother, they don’t have a heart, ‘kay? So don’t beg, don’t beg in front of them ‘cause they think their higher class than us.”

Silence fell as Xiaoling said the words of half truth, a sweat dropped on each of their heads for different reasons.

Xiaoling’s reason was because she knew that the truth was that they were not all actually higher class than them because of the silence.

Rura’s reason was because she was stupid enough to be begging in front of Team Rocket.

Meowth’s reason was because he wasn’t higher class but he knew that James was and Jessie wasn’t.

James’ reason was because he was higher class.

And Jessie’s was because she wasn’t.

Awkward silence followed for a few more minutes before they realised that they’ve been standing for a while. Cough, cough….. Xiaoling had realised it for a while so she decided it was starting to get too long. They all snapped back to reality in seconds. “Well…..LET”S GO AND GET PIKACHU!!”
