Lindsey’s P.O.V

It had been 2 weeks since the concert, but I was still in another universe with my head, and I know for sure, so was Kira.

I was sitting in the kitchen eating my breakfast...or at least that was what I was supposed to do. Instead I just sat there and stared into nowhere, reliving the concert in my head yet again, too occupied to notice Diego getting up.

“You really have to stop daydreaming sis, you’re becoming an easy prey...” he said as he flicked my forehead

“I’m already an easy prey..” I mumbled as I rubbed the now red spot on my forehead

“Hmm what?” he looked back at me with furrowed eyebrows

“Nothing” I said as I stretched my arms out and got up. The cereal in my bowl had become a sloppy mess so I threw it out.

“If mom was home she would have hit you in the head with a pan...” Diego warned

Throwing away food was almost like...forbidden in this house.

“Yeah but she’s not, so shut up” I stuck my tongue out at him and walked to the front door.

I slipped on my shoes as I put on my coat and grabbed my bag. “you ready?”

Diego nodded and grabbed his bag when my phone started ringing.

~They don’t know about the things we do, they don’t know about the I love you’s. But I bet you if--

“Sup” I answered

“Hey Frog, is Diego with you? He’s not picking up his phone” an upset Kira asked

I looked at Diego and raised an eyebrow at him “Yes he his, moment” I handed him the phone “Why do you even have a phone?” I asked him

He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion as he took my phone “Hello?”

“Kyung, why do you even have a phone?” I heard her say and I smirked as I opened the door.

“I...what..” he fished his phone out of his pocket “ah..it’s turned off...sorry” he followed me out and we started walking towards the subway station.

Ariana had gone to school early today, and both my parents were out of town for work this week. And Kira...well I don’t know what she was doing for her not being here today. I looked up at the sky as Diego rattled on with Kira on the phone. The sky was clear today, sun shining brightly.

“Yeah..bye” I heard Diego say and he handed me my phone “She has something to ask you”

“yesss?” I asked as I held the phone up to my ear

“We’re going shopping after school” she commanded

“oh really?” I asked, raising my eyebrows

“yes we are” she said

“says who?” I asked

“Says me, so stop complaining you peasant” I could hear her smirk on the other side.

I chuckled and shook my head “Do I have to come to your school? I’m out an hour early”

“sure, that’s cool~” she coed “Later duuuude”

“Wazzaaaaa” I hung up and looked at Diego.

“She overslept...” he knew what I was going to ask

I smirked and kissed his cheek “Bye!”

“Later” he waved and left for his metro as I did the same

I walked into class and found my way to my seat. Except for the fact that the spot where my seat was supposed to be...was empty.

I looked around the room in confusion. But the questions in my head were quickly answered as I heard people around me snickering.

...I knew it... they were to quiet when I walked in...shit.. I looked at the clock: 8.15. I still had time.

I ran out of the classroom in search for my desk, earning laughs from the people inside.

After a while I still hadn’t found it..where the hell could it be...where would they-- My eyes widened as realization hit me. I started running and went outside

..as I thought...I stopped to catch my breath when I arrived at the garbage dump. My desk was standing between the few trash bins, I sighed...really mature..I picked it up and carried it back to my classroom with difficulty...the teacher is going to kill me...

However, to my satisfaction, she wasn’t there yet.

My classmates shot daggers at me as I returned with my desk and placed it back on its spot and sat down with a poker face right as the teacher walked in.

...Lucky...I triumphed in my head

-Ke, I’m still in class. But you can enter the school. Wait for me in the cafeteria- From: Kira

I walked through the school gates and entered the school.

People who were standing in the schoolyard and hallways turned their heads as I walked by...do I have something on my face...I worried as I looked around

“who’s that?”

“she reminds me of...someone..”

“she not form here though, she’s wearing a uniform”

I looked down at my uniform and pouted slightly...ofcourse...

I passed a giggling group of girls earning a set of gasps when one noticed me passing by and stopped laughing. She motioned towards me and the whole gang turned to look at me “Omg she looks like...she looks like Diego...” one said with wide eyes

I scoffed softly...I hate him for being so popular...

“Dude...check it out” I heard a male voice whisper as I sat down at one of the tables in the cafeteria

“she’s not from here..” another said

I furrowed my eyebrows

“no...she’s wearing a uniform...” the guy said again

I rolled my eyes

“she looks familiar..” the other guy said again

“dude who cares, she’s hot” the guy said “I’d totally tap that”

My mouth dropped and I turned to face them “I can hear everything you’re saying mind you” I looked at him in disbelief

“Well hello there beautiful...” the one guy smirked and licked his lower lip before biting it

My breath hitched....well damn...

He was your average hottie: Blond, mischievous blue eyes and, unfortunately, a ridiculous sexy dimple in his left cheek. Not to mention his jawline was to die for.

I swallowed and looked away. A second later a figure hovered over me and lifted my chin up.

“Shy, are we?” the guy smirked “What is a beautiful lady like you, doing in a school like this? Lost?” his deep voice penetrated my ears and I felt my heartbeat speed up

“That is n-n-none of your business” I looked at him with wide eyes as I smacked his hand away

He reached out and leaned against the table behind me as he smirked again, his face now 2 inches away from mine “I can give you a tour if you like...” he eyed me up and down before locking his gaze on my lips. “show you all the good places, get to know each other better?” he tiled his head innocently slowly closing the small gap between us.

I was frozen solid.

Suddenly he got pulled back. I looked at who pulled him back and my heart jumped of relief.

“Touch her again and you die” Diego’s voice was sharp and dangerous

“dude..sorry...” the guy held his hands up in defense and walked back to his friend

“Dude I told you she looked familiar!” his friend said

“You oke?” Diego asked as he cupped my cheek

I nodded and smiled at him “yeah...thanks..” I blinked a few times...what the fuck just happened...

By now all the girls in the cafeteria were staring at me and they did not seem happy.

“Who is she?”

“Who does she think she is, being so close to Diego. He’s mine.”

“Look at her, she thinks she’s miss all that with her stupid uniform”

“How dare she come to this school, she doesn’t belong here”

“Ugh! Why do Asians always go for Asians” this girl almost started crying

“uhm...sorry but..That’s his twin sister” Kira’s voice raised up out of nowhere “Think before you talk” she rolled her eyes

The girls now al raised their eyebrows in shock.

“Let’s go” Diego said, shooting one last glare at the guy from earlier as he took my hand. Kira joined us and we left the school

“Omg I love this one too!” Kira squealed as she walked out of the fitting room

Diego growled and gripped his hair “Just pick one woman!”

“Sush! You are the one who agreed to come with us, so now you have to bear with us too” I hissed at him before looking back at Kira “You look cute!”

He grunted and slumped back in the couch

“Sorry Kyung” Kira laughed “May aren’t you going to try that on?” she motioned to the grey oversized Booger Kids Rock Paper Scissors sweater I was holding

“ah..I’m waiting until you’re finished” I smiled

“No no no! Try it on now!” she demanded

I pouted and entered the fitting room next to hers.

After a while I walked out and Kira and Diego were quarreling over the fact that she had too many clothes she wanted to fit.

“Uhm..guys..”

They turned around and Kira beamed at me “Kyaaaaa~!”

“Omg it really suites you...no wait..you suit it...” Diego nodded in approval

Kira gawked at him “You give her compliments and to me you just nag?”

Diego shrugged with a smirk. Kira shook her head and turned back to me “You should totally buy it, it looks amazing on you” she smiled happily

“You think?” I turned to face the mirror and examined myself. I really liked the sweater...maybe I should just buy it...before I regret not buying it...

Kira hopped back at the rack with clothes when she spotted something else “May come here! Check this out!”

“Aaaaaargh!! Are you serious!?” Diego gave up got up “I’m going to the man’s section”

Kira stuck his tongue out at him. I walked up to her, squeezing my eyes as the sunlight blinded me through the shop window, a warm breeze waving through my hair as I circled the rack.

“Try this beanie, It matches your sweater” Kira said as she slid the black beanie over my head “Omg so cute!” she clapped her hands

I chuckled and touched it shyly before being torn out of my daze again.

“Lindsey..? Lindsey May..?” I heard a voice behind me ask and I looked up at Kira, who’s eyes had now turned into tennis balls as she stared at, what I think, the person calling me.

I furrowed my eyebrows and turned around.
