            Dear Mr Wu,

We would like to inform you that you have been officially promoted to residency and are welcomed to begin work as a permanent doctor at Black Ridges Hospital under the guidance of a mentor.

The mentor assigned to ease you into life as a doctor will be Miss Skylar Larkin, a psychiatrist at our hospital. She will meet you first thing Monday morning at the hospital lobby. Kindly be reminded to bring your old intern clothes and return them to the receptionists. You will be assigned to a new locker with all your new scrubs. Do be reminded that the necessities on the first day are just like what were needed during your intern days.

We are excited to invite our very first psychiatric neurosurgeon. Not forgetting your own condition, Miss Skylar will schedule a meeting on the last Friday of every month to check up on you. She is proud of how you overcame your situation and how you are now able to perform surgery as well as consult patients. Remember, you are not your disorder.
