Chapter 4

MaiLi pondered around the town, she went through out diffrent stores to buy groceries. As the cashier checked her bracelet she walked out of the doors carrying her things.

It was quite a nice day out. Not a cloud in the sky, this usually dosen't happen during this season in time when horrible storms and wonderous distructions occur around here.

Life went on as normal for the people. Everyone minded their own things, not caring about each other. Around here, you live for yourself and yourself only.

If something were to happen to you, don't expect others to grieve. MaiLi walked towards the outpost, the only place where people here age where seen to hangout.

The smell of nature lured her here everyday. If she would have missed just being here once, it brought much sadness to her. Since well, this was one of the only freedom they were allowed to have.

She made her way towards the cook's corner. Where you were allowed to drop your groceries and the mandated cooks make enough food for you so it would last seven days.

After the food were gone, you were to head back to the store and bring your things here to be made for consumption again. Everyone was on a tight shift here.

And sometimes that made the nicest people seem like the meanest.

Luke turned towards the castle. This was it, this was when his journey offically starts. It would to take him 5 days and 4 nights to cross towards the other side.

That ment crossing the forest between the two lands and encountering who knew what. He was completley nervous, no wrecked. How was he suppose to find this girl who was supposedly the " Key " to their kingdom?

Did he even know what he was going to head in for once he starts? He waved towards the guard sending his best wishes to them before heading towards the fence that had been protecting the kingdom.

* Calm yourself. Everything will be fine. * Luke took in a deep breath to his avail, it didn't work like he wanted to. How he wished he would just open his eyes and be back in bed.

Wishing that all of this frolicking he was doing was just a big dream. He picked up a fallen leaf that was laying on the ground.

Becoming captivated by the greenery. His head twisted towards the sky as more and more leafs were cascading down towards him.

* I hope I find this girl fast enough. Or else these won't be the last thing that starts to fall. *
