Breakfast

The hallowiener sat alone in his living room, gazing wistfully out the window at the rain.

"Eggman, I will have my revenge," He whispered, a single tear slipping down his cheek.

The wiener cleared his throat, choking back his tears and placed his witch hat atop his head. "You will never know my true feelings,"

The Hallowiener hooped out the window and shimmied into the night.

Once at his destination, the Hallowiener took a deep breath, mentally running through his plan and broke down Eggman's front door, shimmying violently up the stairs. He burst loudly through Eggman's bedroom door and jumped on top of the now awakened egg, pressing a knife against his pale white shell.

"Eggman, you shall finally meet your demise!" Eggman stared up in abject horror and began to wiggle about in a fruitless attempt to escape.

"Fine," Eggman sighed, "Hallowiener, you have won fair and square, you may claim your prize."

Eggman's moustache began to quiver and the muscles in this extravagant legs tensed, waiting for Hallowiener to make his move.

Hallowiener took another deep breath and much to Eggman's surprise, stumbled away, hands shaking and tears filling his eyes. "I- I can't!" He choked out, "I can't do it!"

Eggman sat up, confused and worried, "Hallowiener, you didn't kill me... Why?"

"Eggman... Eggman, I love you," The wiener croaked and began to sob.

Eggman rolled across his bed sheets and nudged the wiener softly with his shell, "Wiener, look at me."

"I'm sorry," The Hallowiener shook his head and stood up to leave. "Look at me!" Eggman shouted, grabbing the wiener with his feet and turning him around. "You don't have to be sorry, wiener. I love you too,"

Eggman blushed a deep shade of red. Eggman pulled the wiener to sit with him on the bed and hugged him tightly,

"I love you too."
