Day 16

On Monday, Willy was already dressed in his casual shopping wears. He was heading to airport to fly over to another country for his last basketball tournament. He left Alana some money just in case something happen. He even told Kyle to check up on Alana everyday just to make sure there's nothing wrong or bad happen. His heart was heavy upon leaving her. Maybe he's still trying to adjust being with her. Or maybe he's afraid of something beyond his expectation. But as a captain of basketball team, he had to leave no matter what's his reason. 

Alana wrapped her cardigan tightly around her body as she walked him to his car. She followed him. Willy pressed on the ignition button. He then turned at her. "You should get inside, it's cold here." he lightly touched the top of her head.

Alana meekly smiled. "It's okay though. Don't forget to buy me souvenir." She reminded him.

"I won't." Willy chuckled. "Don't skip your meal. I will call you once I arrive." He lightly touched her head.

She scrunched her nose and ducked her head away. She felt awkward with the skinship. If only they aren't a married couple, she would have thought that a s friendly way of him. Alana fix her hair which only earn a laugh from Willy. She doesn't know why but her stomach did the flip flapping things. It's churning so much. 

She glanced at him one last time before she walks into the house again. When she heard his car went out from the garage, Alana poke her head out and look outside. Why did she had that strange feelings? This used to happen when she got a love letter during high school. She shrugged it off and locked the door before going to the living room.

If usually Willy would helped Alana with house chores, then definitely not today or the next day until he returns home. She strangely felt lonely. It wasn't like she wasn't used to it. She was that way before she married him. So why out of all, now? 

Her mind was distracted that she didn't even realized that she got her fried egg burn. "Shoot." She cursed and quickly turned the fire off. The hell was she thinking, she thought to herself. She should have pay attention on what she was doing rather than daydreaming.

Daydreaming? Was that even a daydreaming? She complicated. She set her plates and foods on the table and started eating right away. Cause, hell, she's hungry as a beast. Alana knows that the baby inside her is growing. Although no matter how much of unexpected of the baby to be born, she still wanted to keep the baby.

"You're so going to be fat." She told herself. And yeah, for the past few hours, Alana had been non-stopping munched on junk food. Her problem was that she can't keep herself away from the foods.

She sighed. "You better be thankful that I feed you and literally forget about my body shape." Alana pouted. And that sudden moment, Alana ran to the nearest sink and puke all the foods she had eaten that day. Maybe it was a karma from the baby that she blamed him.

She literally felt sorry. Her head was then became dizzy. She washed her mouth and started to throw away the unfinish food she was eating earlier. Alana walked to the bedroom and immediately dozed off.

When she woke up, she was waiting for a call. Was it from Willy? Or just that she's being lonely? She unlocked her phone. Alana felt a little of disappointment crept her heart when she saw there's not a single missed call from him. Nor anyone.

Alana pressed on the game icon and distracted herself with it.

While on the other hand, as soon as Willy and his team arrived in Sydney, they went straight to their practice for the last time. Their tournament is happening on the next day. Yet, they haven't gotten any rest. Willy didn't really care since he had been through this every year. 

He was throwing the basketball into the net when Kai ran towards the bench. Willy somehow felt agitated just by seeing him. He wasn't like this before he knows about all the Kai and Alana's thing. He was jealous and it was because he loves Alana. 

When he left Alana earlier, he was hesitated. He knows that she would literally felt lonely. Even though he was there with her, he knows that she still feels lonely but at least not as lonely as she is when she is alone. He was about to grab his phone when someone called after him.

"Willy," their coach called him. Willy's intention immediately was canceled. He run towards his coach and he started to sort out things that he needs to do. As a captain, Willy is obviously hardworking. He also tends to be considerate.

He was so busy of all the basketball game that he didn't even get a second to give Alana a call. Because he had promised her that he would call her once he arrived. 

Disappointment crossed his face when he realized that it was already 2.30 in the morning. He wanted to phone call her but he doesn't want to disturb her. He made up his mind, it wasn't like there's no tomorrow. He complicated. He collected his stuff and headed towards the entrance door of the hall.

I seriously forgot to inform you guys that I had my National Service. sorry guys :'(
