The Residence

I decided  to go with Prince Kaelen, because I really didn’t want to go home now.

He was riding so fast I really needed to hold him tight, and I wondered if he felt my heartbeat on his back.

As we arrived at the residence, maids and servants immediately came out of nowhere to take over Kaelens horse and greet us.

 It really stupefied me , to see those servant run everywhere and anywhere to give the utmost service to the Prince.

“As expected from the household of the Crown Prince.”

We went inside, it was a really big manor, I was in awe and I stood still.

“It’s at least two times as big as our house!”

Kaelen noticed me standing still, and chuckled.

“Let’s go eat something, follow me. I’ll give you a tour later.”

I nodded, I was still eagerly looking around me while following him.

The dining hall was pretty glamorous, and food was already served.

There was a big diversity of food, from appetizers to  desserts.

One of the servants wanted to give me a seat, but Kaelen whispered something in his ear, and so I sat really close to Kaelen at the table.

“Help yourself”, Kaelen said with a smile and he didn’t have to tell me twice.

After I had eaten myself full, I noticed Kaelen was staring at me. “Is something wrong, or is there something on my face?”, and I touched my face.

“Eden…”, he said and he touched my cheek.

My heart raced, I knew I was all red again. I was waiting for what he’d do next.

But all he said was: “I promised you a tour ,right? Let’s go.”

I followed him, he had shown me all the rooms, it was a very pretty residence.

But I really wondered if he would kiss me again, I actually hoped he did.

“Why , why am I hoping for him to touch me?”
