At The Party

“Eden hurry up!”

“Yes, wait a second!”

It has been four days since the arrival of the invitation.

We had to get ready for the party of Prince Kaelen, I actually really didn’t want to go.

I descended the stairs very slowly, I sighed and I stepped into the carriage in front of our house.

I felt the same way as I had to dress up as my sister: very uncomfortable.

My sister dragged me inside the ball room.

We were staring in awe at the marvelousness, and hugeness of the room.

The Prince noticed us directly and walked up to us, and I… became really nervous.

“Hello Lady Eda.”, the prince said, as he kissed Edas hand.

He looked my way, my sister noticed.

“Oh , let me introduce him to you ,Your Highness. This is Eden Alden, my brother.”

I bowed as  a matter of greeting. My sister was already looking at the other people ,screening the important and the not so important people, and the prince noticed that, so he took my hand and kissed.

That startled me, and I couldn’t hide my blushing face. He smiled at my reaction.

“Oh God! Why! I really don’t know what that prince is thinking. “

When Eda had done her screening she immediately absorbed all the attention of the prince.

I could stop holding my breath. “Eda , you are my saviour!”

For a while I watched the people chatting and dancing from the corner of the room until I could hold it any longer.

I noticed some open doors. “Yes! They have a balcony here too!”

I slipped on the balcony unnoticed, or so I thought .
