remarks ;
Breaking Dawn is the final book of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga. It was divided into three parts, alternately telling the story from Bella Swan's point of view, to Jacob Black's and then Bella's again. It picks up where the last book ended; Bella and Edward getting married, having a child and the trouble that ensues due to it. No doubt, Twilight was written to bring the author's ideal man to life (or back from the dead, whichever you find appropriate). But I do think that this book was a nice read compared to the first few which focused more on the romance aspect so as to cater to its main audience who are teenagers. To be honest, I was not amused by the treatment Meyer gave to these vegetarian, sparkling vampires as I was used to Anne Rice's blood-drinking ones. But this last book was bearable to say the least. I particularly enjoyed the minor characters as I found them more interesting, rational and relatable than the main ones.
